Showroom Design
Most projects start with an existing showroom or a new construction initiative. Once the new processes have been defined with a future-oriented approach, the design phase follows – in close coordination with the local architect.
Pre Transformation
The existing showroom no longer meets current standards. Customers expect a premium experience when purchasing premium products.
Upon entering the showroom, visitors are first confronted with a large counter where employees are focused on their computers, writing invoices, or making phone calls.
The product placement in the current layout is also outdated. Sales staff are constantly working on the showroom floor – whether making calls, handling administrative tasks, or conducting confidential sales conversations.
Vehicle handovers are carried out in a protected manner but lack emotional engagement.

Post Transformation
The entire showroom layout has been redesigned, putting the premium customer experience at the forefront – from the welcome and product presentation to exclusive consultation lounges. The concept is rounded off with an emotional and high-quality vehicle handover in a private setting.
Upon entering the showroom, guests are immediately guided into the open, welcoming hospitality zone. A back-office employee recognizes the new guest and greets them personally.
Sales staff now have protected workstations in the back office for administrative tasks. Various zones within the showroom are available for customer consultations, creating a premium atmosphere.
This transformation brings many changes for the employees as well. Throughout the project, they are continuously involved, and a tailored training concept is developed and implemented following the renovation.
